Mums & Minis Group Fitness Classes
Resolute Resistance’s Mums and Minis group fitness classes have been designed to suit Mums on both their pre and post-natal journey (whether you are 6 weeks postpartum or 6 years postpartum).
We are all too aware of the challenges that can be faced when getting back into training after having a baby, but also the sheer logistics of being able to train when you have a baby or toddler with you.
The Mums and Minis group fitness classes at Resolute Resistance include a supervised crèche for you to get support with your little one/s while getting the opportunity to have some YOU time. There is ample space in our state-of-the-art personal training facility to enable you to have your pram right next to you if that is how you feel most comfortable.

As a mother with young kids who had just found out I was having twins, I faced a challenge I hadn’t anticipated—how was I going to get back to training? I realised if I was struggling with this, then other mums must be feeling it too. At the same time, gyms were closing their crèche and childcare options, leaving fewer places for mothers to focus on themselves. That’s when I knew I had to create a solution—a safe, supportive space where mums could prioritise their health while their little ones were cared for. And so, our Mums and Minis classes were born.
As a large family running a small business, we understand the importance of support—both for families and individuals. Our goal is to create an environment where everyone feels valued, encouraged, and empowered to take time for themselves and get results.
Our Coaches
At the Resolute Resistance gym, the fitness coaches that will support you during the Mums and Minis classes are Mums themselves and they understand the female body and the changes that need to be considered to best support you. Our fitness instructors are all qualified to support you along this journey and will work with you to get the best outcome. Our sessions are designed to have you performing movements that are safe for you, while improving your strength, body composition and self-esteem.
Our Mums and Bubs classes provide a safe and supportive environment for new mums to work out while bonding with their little ones. Our highly qualified trainers will guide you through exercises tailored to your pre and postnatal journey, helping you find strength, improve fitness, and connect with other mums.
