Resistance Training for Teens

Afternoon Classes for Teens

We offer afternoon sessions from Monday to Thursday at 4:30 pm & 5:30pm as well as a Friday 5pm class, providing a convenient option for teens to train after school. In these sessions, teens train alongside adult members, gaining support and motivation from a positive environment enriched by mentors who share their passion for fitness and growth.

A Safe and Comprehensive Approach

At the core of our program is a commitment to safety and proper movement mechanics. We ensure that every teen learns to move with precision and control, building a strong foundation that reduces the risk of injury and promotes long-term health.

Developing Confidence, Determination & Work Ethic

Our program goes beyond physical training. By instilling the values of hard work, perseverance, and discipline, we empower young athletes to grow not just in strength but in confidence and character. These lessons extend into their everyday lives, fostering a mindset of determination and focus.

Enhancing Athletic Performance

Whether your teen is looking to complement their current sports training or build overall fitness, our program covers all aspects of athletic development. We focus on improving:

  • Speed and Agility
  • Coordination

  • Endurance

Our holistic approach ensures that teens develop a well-rounded fitness base that supports their performance across any sport they pursue.
